Hi, CSJP Family! We haven’t posted here lately, but we have had a busy summer thus far, thanks to volunteers and donors like yourselves!
CSJP hosted 2 iftaar dinners at local South Jersey mosques, feeding over 400 people a full-course meal. We also distributed ~240 Eid goodie bags! Children celebrating Eid at underserved mosques in Camden received a majority of the goodie bags, with the remainder being distributed at ICSJ – Islamic Center of South Jersey‘s Eid prayer. A little over a dozen bags were also distributed at a school in Philadelphia.
