25 care packages will be distributed on Monday, November 5 at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County in Willingboro, NJ. Please email Dr. Hafeza Shaikh to confirm your attendance with the # of attendees. She will contact you via email to confirm your attendance to this event. On the day of, plan to meet Dr. Hafeza Shaikh in the main lobby at 6:00pm in smart casual clothing (jeans are fine). Please have photo ID to sign in with the security officer.
